As I suspected, making the voting optional and requiring Cadre members to vote (if they want to) has been well-received and has significantly increased the number of votes per image: graph of votes per image.

Yup, me thanx you too. I like the highlighting as well. I've gotten where I do my voting first before I even choose one of my uploads, and then I'm more relaxed to post my creations. Thanx a lot mr. caedes. Your work is much appreciated. Verena
