A knowing smile, a pleasant timbre to his voice (ok, so that is not visual stuff) ... and a mischievous sparkle in his eye.
Quoting one of Will Rogers famous lines;
"I bet you if I had met him and had a chat with him, I would have found him a very interesting and human fellow, for I never yet met a man that I dident [sic] like. When you meet people, no matter what opinion you might have formed about them beforehand, why, after you meet them and see their angle and their personality, why, you can see a lot of good in all of them."

When I think of Les +purmusic, I see Dustin Hoffman.
A little bit of Ratso Rizzo (Midnight Cowboy), Tootsie, Carl Bernstein (All the President's Men) and of course Raymond Babbitt.(Rain Man) I think Raymond loved cookies. I know Tootsie made them. As you can see I picture Les with many facets to his personality. I suspect Dustin is a bit obsessive/compulsive--not that Les is. lol

Tick, you're almost right. I have to say 'almost' as Liam Neeson don't have a beard. You know that I'm a retired maritime officier and you could have known that's 'not done' for people like me not to have a beard! (lol).
I was thinking that it would be perhaps wise to put a portrait of mine in my avie, but then I realised that both the tension and imagination would be gone. Let's keeps it that way Owd Fellow.
