Caedes is a community of visual artist. Does anyone know some websites that is a community of sound artist just like caedes? You know, free downloads?

Just checked cnet.com, and the above link is now being displayed when searching 'free music' and so forth. At one point, cnet did offer free downloads of music from newer artists.
