I am being asked to vote on images more than one time.
Is this status quo or a clitch? This morning I received
four images that I had voted on earlier in the week.

I don't see any evidence in the database that you've cast more than one vote on any image. In fact, if the vote is successfully cast, it is not possible to vote again on it (this is enforced at the database level). However, if the vote is not cast, it will continue to appear in the voting booth for you until it is successfully cast.

The other possibility is that you got different images that just looked the same, but I think this is not likely.
