Voting twice

I just voted twice on the same image in the same voting session.
The only difference I can see is that one has a black background
and one has a white background. The images are the same. What's
up? Check my voting record for today. The image is by gaeljet2.

The white one was deleted. Probably by Gaeljet2 himself...

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??
