I have a few old personal messages I would like to delete and have found that the "Process Checked Items" button or a "Delete" is not longer there. So basically, all my messages are just stuck there and I can't do anything but respond or edit. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks

There is a small radio button on the lower left bottom of the PM that says 'respond'/'edit'. Click that button and then go to the top where hopefully it will say 'process checked item'. When you click that, the PM's that you ticked off will disappear.....
