For me all three settings default to 'sort by date'.

Are yours sorted by date that you can tell? Just curious to see if that is how the images are defaulting regardless of the drop-down menu setting :)

My drop down remains at "random", no matter what I change it to. But, it appears that the images remain in date order.

Mimi ... my fave images are in date order as well, but the drop down stays as 'random' ... just like Lori's.
