I tried Posting this while not logged-in because I did not see a warning that one had to be logged-in to do so! And I couldn't post the new topic. I had logged-out because everyplace I went to that allowed me to post a Comment was warning me that I had to be logged-in to post it... even though my name was being displayed! There is no warning re. posting new topics whether logged-in or not... and perhaps there should be! And for all the Comments (and Topics), it would be nicer to have warnings only if the Usename is unknown and thus you are a guest. :o)
