Photoshop labeling

Hi, so I'm trying to label aspects of certain photos (for example, have several photos of mountains where I'd like to label the mountains themselves, but want to be able to show/hide the label with the click of a button in photoshop organizer). Is there any way to do this? Thought I could do it through layers, but that seems specific to photo editing.

You can certainly add text layers to a photo or any image but I don't use photoshop organizer so I don't know if layers can be enabled or disabled in that application. I would presume that you would have to open a .psd file with the photoshop editor in order to change any of it's properties.

I'm in agreement with Sam...usually in Photoshop (or Photoshop Elements) itself...
