If i ajust some one elses pic and want to put it in the reworks section, how can i put a link to the oringinal and do I need their permission to post it? If so how do I get ther permission?

Yea you need the original authors permission.The easiest way to get their permission is to send them a personal message and ask them if they will let you.Here is a link to the tags to post an active link Check This Out.

Most authors are happy (and often flattered) to let you use their work, but as tbob says, you need their permission.
