Question about the Nikon D60 DSLR camera

I know someone who has a Nikon D60,actually it is his father's camera,he cannot take photos via the LCD screen,is it possible to take photos via the LCD screen with a Nikon D60? thank you.

The simple answer is no. You can only use the viewfinder on this camera. I've used a D60 for quite some time now and have had no problems with this.

It seemed to me that it was not possible to take photos via the LCD screen with a Nikon D60 but i preferred to ask though,thank you for the answer,Steve,have a good evening and sunday.

SLR's work differently from "point and shoot" digital cameras. It is not possible to use the view screen to take pictures on any SLR regardless of make and model.
