Diane has lost her password and cannot log on to Caedes, so I told her I would try and rattle someone's cage to get in touch with her at her new email, not the old one.
I believe that in the past people in that situation need to establish a new account. Pretty sure the password reset can only be sent to an account set up on the members account, for obvious security reasons...
She is in the process of leaving on another trip, so she said she would deal with this in a couple weeks when she gets back home. Stay tuned I guess, LOL!
