I encounter connection problems on the site today,the pages do not load properly from time to time,i have to refresh the browser then it is better but the problems appear again,sometimes a photo or an avatar does not show up either,i also refresh the browser and usually it is better,i do not encounter this problem on other sites,is it the same for you?

Welll ... things were a lil' slower for me. Not terribly so, though.


However, I did notice a change. Which, in turn suggests that *caedes was doing some work behind the curtains.

Now, if you notice, on our profile pages ... our galleries are randomized. Not necessarily appearing as posted ... till bumped out of position by a new posting. (Referencing the three images/samples displayed in our 'full galleries'.)


Maybe some other work was performed as well?

And the site's servers, on the note of displaying images ... is playing catch-up on the caching front. Not sure.

I think that the data center was doing work on the network recently, but they are now done. Can you please verify if you are still having the problem?

Here in Germany everything seems to be normal now. There were some slight disturbances yesterday.

I spoke too fast,it worked fine in the early afternoon but the problems appear again in the late afternoon,i do not know what is happening?

I encounter connection problems again,it is annoying,the problems occur in the evening,it has been like that for two or three weeks,it works fine in the early afternoon and in the afternoon but afterwards the problems begin.I do not know what is happening,it worked fine the past weekend but now there are problems again,the connection is slower and the images take longer to load,it works better once in a while then it does not work fine again,i do not encounter this connection problem on other sites.

I do not know if there is a server problem somewhere or if it is something else?

What time specifically do you see these problems, and what is your timezone?

Thank you for the response,Caedes.The problems begin in the early evening and usually they last several hours.My time zone is GMT+1,it is 10:27 PM here now.

I am also in the same time zone but in Germany. I have not experienced any problems with connection. It must be something local, Jerome. Perhaps in the evening the server is overloaded.

I do not have connection problems but many times the voting booth is very slow and acts like it is hung up somehow.

Thank you for the response,Stan.The images take longer to load,Firefox displays "connection to www.caedes.net" in the lower left corner,it stays like that for 4 or 5 seconds then it works again and afterwards the problems occur again,it is annoying as this problem occurs several times,it happens in the early evening and in the evening.

I am not having conection problems, only time to time, VB is very very slow, another moments it works rapid. Brazil
