Owd Bob and myself go out quite regular together after one of our escapades today we settled down to a pub lunch...During the lunch we discussed how it may be fun to organise something for next year around the June July time..Up here in the Northumberland ..Durham..Yorkshire area...If there was enough interest..I/we could sound out some places get some quotes..and take it from there..I know it's early but as the title suggests..We are dipping our toe in the water..Richie.

After the last UK 'Get-Together....(Which was a fantastic time for us!)

Richie and I decided that our region has a lot to offer for those that loves to snap 'good scenes'!....Our galleries are proof of that!....

We would also take it as an honour to act as 'Guides' and show you our (My) Secret Places!.....

As Richie says above....we need a definite 'feedback' from those that wish to be a part of this!....

I would love to be there if at all possible. Time will tell.

There are many waterfalls in the region and some quite easily reached for our less abled friends...Castles abound as do lighthouses...June is a particularly good time to visit the Farne islands.Where you can see puffins,Kittiwake and razorbills and their chicks..Do bring a hat as you will be divebombed by the Artic Tern...Many ruins and bird of prey centres abound..And we have fantastic landscapes..Big sky country and forests and lakes..All in all a wonderful area...So git ya A**es into gear and give it some serious thought..R.

How I would love to...as Tick said, time will tell, and I think it's great you are giving plenty of notice for everyone to consider the possibilities, finances, schedules etc.

You wouldn't be disappointed Pat..It's a great area with loads of history..R.

And...of course you would have the pleasure of our delightful company!!...Guaranteed laffs all round!.....

Just think of all these wonderful locations Biff mentioned...and the Fun too!...

We'd even lay a bus on..For a small fee of course..Say..$600..Not bad Eh..R.

Well I just know it would be the trip of a life-time for me...no shortage of laughs, lotsa' beautiful places, and the opportunity to dig into some family history as well...we'll see what the coming months have to say about everything.

How I would love to come, and my loving husband too (Olaus- Christer), if it is possible for us to do so. Time will tell as said here before. We both would love the oportunity to meet you and have fun. Taking photos of your beautiful surroundings too of course.

The more the merrier Susanne..Bob and i will be working out an itinerary..Of places to visit a decent hotel at a reasonable price..Maybe a travel lodge or premier inn and also the hire of a mini bus depending on numbers..As we get closer we will be asking for what people are interested in so that we can put together a plan to suit all..Richie.
