It would help if you stopped posting multiple posts covering the same topics. It gets very confusing. Also this type of query is probably best addressed to a Mod, rather than just a general discussion on the board.

Hey Kurtis, I think your answer may rest in a conflict within the sites Code of Conduct. See section 2. I don't have the details but I did recall that at least one of your postings was a derivaiton of another parties works. I'm sure if you ponder this objectively, that you would not want someone taking your original works, reworking them, and calling it theirs. Well..not without your permission. But then again, what do I know.

I'm sorry this is striking such a powerful chord for you. You must surely be upset. You might also be better equipped after reading the Code of Conduct for your future works.

Trusting this helps, that your angst will be shortlived and your experience improved with good information surrounding you.

Kurtis: That's exactly what I said on your User information:
"Hello Kurtis. I'm looking at your personal gallery. Interesting pictures!
Your 'Wolfs Sky' is a great desktop. But you have to ask permission to the author before to post an image based on a photo of another member. That's why you've some problem with your wolfs pictures.
You can PM me or another Mod for more explanations. :-) "

Please, we just want you respect the Code of Conduct.

"i didnt take any ones work and i asked permision"

Sorry but that doesn't realy make sense. Either you did take someones work with permission, or you didn't take their work so you didn't need permission. Either way you failed to provide the proper credit to the original authors of the work when you posted the images.

Just to clarify the issue, these are the images you have taken from caedes and used in your uploads: "The Throw" by ginger247; "Inner Fire" by d_spin_9; and about 4 others that I will have to find later when I have time. Since these images aren't your property, you have no right to demand that they be removed. Sorry if all this sounds harsh, but even if it wan't against the CC it's just common courtesy to ask permission before you use other peoples work; and you should certainly give them due credit when you upload images using their images. If you have in fact asked permission already we will be more than happy to restore the images, but as yet we have received no real indication that this has occurred.
