Re: Not liking / understanding the ~creds~ button. Way over used.
***************************************************************************** Sorry, this tread was unwarranted. Really, it wasnt me, it was the scotch!!
I just think of it as the equivalent to the "Like" button on Facebook. I would tend to cred something on the discussion forums that I agreed with, rather than a comment on my own pic... but people also use it to acknowledge a good critique of their work (rather than the traditional "thanking" which can become tiresome).
I must admit, I've so far neglected to use them, although I think this is more a slip of the mind than anything else. However, I thought I would add to your cred thing there as well. Just for. Well, cos :)
We as artists look upon the world in many different languages. There are those of us who see sadness, pain, suffering. But if we do not occasionally look and see that there is love and laughter, what's the point of looking at all?
