I didn't know I was limited to one photo, or I would have chosen a different one!

You can always delete it and upload a different one.

I just approved it so it should show up now.

Images won't show up in your gallery, nor that of on your profile page (only three most recent postings/uploads shown, regardless) ... till approved.

Then (after being approved, that is)..

It's a small matter of time as the server plays catchup (caching files and all of that).
