When I log in, I see on the left side of the Caedes main page not only the usual list, but this too:

When I click on 'Art Council (1)' this message appears on my screen:

When I click on what should be the 'thumbnail of this image' in order to make it visible, the next message appears:

The image could not be found

This image does not appear to exist on the site. Would you like to see other images by this author? It is possible that the author has replaced the old image with a newer version.

You can also go to the main gallery list to find other images.

All contributions to this site must be in compliance with the Caedes.net Code of Conduct"

When I click on 'abstain', 'no' or 'yes' and than on 'Process Checked', this mesage appears on my screen:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@caedes.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

Have tried it several times, but I can't delete this art council announcement from my computer. When there are more than one images to vote on for the art council, the other ones can be processed in the normal way.

I haven't had any trouble with mine.. it's working fine, maybe those images have been removed?

When I click on the, in my above comment mentioned, red cross in a white square with a blue border (in normal situations at this place a thumbnail can be seen) than I'm lead to the 'works of Caedes' (Geri's own work).

Saw however this morning that the Art council announcement has disappeared, so for me the problem is resolved. Think however that there's a minor bug: when a for the art council nominated image has been removed by the author, the 'Internal Server Error' may appear when one tries to vote on this removed 'image'.

Cornelius, I received an Arts Council announcement today and it contains no picture, just words. I don't even get the benefit of an outline.

I have the same issue. I have an art council image to vote yes or no on and the image does not appear, but is assigned to Caedes as the author and I can't get rid of it.

I had an image to vote on and didn't have any trouble viewing it or voting on it.. works fine for me

Still can't remove my Arts Council announcement that does not contain an image.

I have it again. It is a "caedes" image.

Problem still exists for me - image is removed and cannot get rid of AC job.

Mine went away after a few days.

And it's on mine again. It's like musical chairs, or hot potato. Do I get a prize? I like cake...

And back on mine as well.

I am ignoring it. I merely pointed it out so that Caedes knows there is obviously still a bug somewhere in the system.

Clearly a widespread problem. I have the same thing. I assume it is caused by a nominated image being removed by the photographer.

Pistos may be correct, in some instances.

As an "Internal Server Error" is a generic error reported when the server is unable to fulfill a request.

I.e. Image requested ... has been removed and therefore unable to process.


As noted above, some of these disappear after a short time. This due to the site server's caching having played catch-up.

That said..


Rest assured, that *caedes has taken notice of this situation having been reported.

well all i can say is that mine works fine haven't had any error notifications

I had one a few days back that just went away of its own accord. Today I have another - and like the others leads to "The Image could not be found" clicking on other images by this author gives me "Works by caedes"

I am sure it will also disappear given time.

Having this problem yet again on my front page. Cannot remove the announcement no matter what I vote.

I've got it too Cindy. Les said just to wait and Caedes will try and work out the bugs.

It's gone, but now I have an annoying announcement that someone added me as a friend on my Friend's list notices and I can't get rid of it!
