i'm feeling the need to upgrade my camera but not quite into prouser territory just yet. been looking at the Canon EOS350D (the new upgraded Rebel) and the Olympus E300. anyone had any experience yet of either of these cameras and if so any plus or negative points to make me aware of?. Cheers.

I don’t know a lot about the Olympus Phill. I can tell you that I’m very pleased I bought my Canon 300D. If I were making that choice today I would go with the Canon 350D because they have a larger range of lenses to choose from. Because of their popularity there are plenty of used lenses and accessories for sale also.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

Tony I had an E 20 and it was one of the best set lens SLRs I ever had.

yep - thats definitely a bit sweeping - the E-series is supposed to be very good and I know a few people who have bought MjU cameras who are very happy with them although - admitedly - they are very easily pleased.
