hey guys, i'm quite new at this, sry if it's a stupid Q, but how do you format your picture? cus i only got 600x800 and ppl wanted me to make the resolution bigger, but i have no idea how... So, any tips for me? THX

People don't really want you to make the picture bigger, thay want a larger version of the same image if you happen to have one (eg upload the full sized 800 x 600 image, rather than the 640 x 480 version that you have in your gallery at the moment). If you blow up the 800 x 600 image it will just become pixelated.
