...what kind of monitor you have. In my office, we have LCD - 15". At home, I've a Iiyama Pro 410 - 17". To visit Caedes and look pictures, I think Crt screens are really better thanks to the exact reproduction of colour.
What do you think about it?

I had to go to a 19" screen because of low-vision problems, so I bought a Sylvania SC190 (which is not an LCD) and I love it.

i think its true most artists find that crt monitors are much better. flat screens are cool and they are coming out with some nice ones, but unless its plasma, it just can't compete with an 'old' crt screen.

I have an LG Flatron 15 inch. Basically the cheapest flat screen I could find :-). I noticed when I was on my other PC the other day (I was waiting for a Terragen render on this one) that everything looked much darker, not sure if it was the monitor or the sunlight which caused this. Some things, such as the purple sky in a post (which you pointed out PP) were much more noticeable also. Did make me wonder whether my posts may look completely different to some people...

We have a 19" Viewsonic and a 17" Hansol. I agree with you Pierre that crt are better. LCD always looks dark to me. I don't think i will switch!

I have at our house have a NEC 17" LCD, and personally this monitor makes pictures look the best. I also have a Gateway 15" LCD and a MAG 14" LCD, those are nearly as good as this one =)
