Purely by accident I stumbled upon this site which lets any number of people log into sites as a member through an account created by Bugmenot.com. There's one such account here at Caedes, is this detrimental to caedes in anyway? For a better explanation go to www.bugmenot.com.

No it is not really a problem. I have known about the site for some time and I am not concerned about the accounts that are being shared. I have recently changed the site so that it does not require you to register an account after 5 downloads. Instead it just bugs you about it will a small warning message (much like the undervote message). Hopefully this will make use of such shared accounts unnecessary in the future.

Thanks for clearing that up, I couldn't work out why you'd need such an account here. I never realised that you had to register after 5 downloads.
Doesn't the anonymity behind this account leave it open for misuse though?
