hi umm i just dl the free trial for ultra fractal and i need all the help i can get... i have no clue what im doing but its lots of fun and a work in progress so please in tips or how to start things would be very appreciated =)

I'd suggest just starting with the Mandelbrot set first. There really is enough there that you might never need to do another fractal style. Figure out how to make the coloring smooth and then just start zooming. The really cool images IMO are around when you can't zoom in any more due to the mathematical precision.

okay im having a hard time with masks and creating my own fractals that arnt part of the system or w/e because they dont work as backgrounds... idk the tutorial isnt helping me and i know nothing of fractals
