London Attack

I just want to say how terrible and cowardly the Attack on London is, and how any decent people around the world will be thinking about the victims, family and those affected by these attacks and condem those who are responsible. Fear will not rule. I will be saying a prayer for those affected.

I have been in London since June 12, and will be here until August 19, and I must say that I was quite shocked when I found out about the news. Couldn't help but thinking about the attacks of September 11th.

It is unfortunate that people feel driven to take the lives of other human beings along with their own. It is a sad state of world affairs when this sort of event takes place on such a regular basis.

those attacks are of an utmost cowardly thing to do, i feel for the victims of this disaster, and would hope that justice be served.

Many are saying that Bin Laden is behind this. Directly or indirectly. Unfortunately there are some who believe this is a Muslim thing. Make no mistake, it is the work of a sadistic s o b, and I assure you that God in whatever religion one believes, does NOT condone this behavior.
The corner store by my house is run by a very fine family who is Muslim. I have been in twice this morning to purchase random items, and both times I overheard people talking that we should wipe out all Muslim's. This is terrible!
My heart goes out to the UK, but I also feel for the hard-working people who are Muslim, that will now have to, yet again, endure hateful comments.
Stopping Bin Laden won't end terrorism (there will always be a terrorist act), but it would be a great start. I am sorry that our friends in the UK who have supported the US in this, now must feel their own pain and fear as we did and still do here.
To anyone on this site from across the pond, please take care!

Look to the Future, Remeber the Past, but Live in the Present, and Never forget to tell those you love "I Love You", you may not get another chance.
