I've searched the FAQ and, after being a member for over a month, I still can't figure out what happens when you click "Subscribe to this Discussion" on a picture's page. Be gentle with my feeble mind. I have my asbestos overcoat on just in case. =)

When you subscribe to a discussion - you are 'subscribing' to that discussion thread; so that when anyone else makes a comment on that thread (such as this one - as you started it - you are automatically 'subscribed' to it), you will be notified via your 'Subscriptions' heading listed below the word 'Jobs' in the left hand column - below your 'Control panel'. WHen you click on the subscriptions link - you will have a list of threads you are 'subscribed to, including comments people have made on your artwork. I hope this a) helps and b) makes sense.

Subscribe to this one and watch it pop up on the left when the next person comments here.

Subscribing to any discussion is lots of fun.. There are some fun things happening, especially in the DB.. It just lets you know what others are thinking..
