It's 7.30pm - i've aready worked 60 hours so far this week - the pub is still another half an hour away and I have another 20 hours of work to look forward to this weekend. I am, fully, loosing the plot - it's that bad I've even engaged in discussion on here talking about duck butter and dragons - i need a vodka. now. thanks God for 70's stylee disco beats.

Since Friday I have come to the (worrying) realisation that I type (and spell) much better after a 7 hour vodka fest than I do when I'm completely sober - so my choices are: concentrate more on what I am typing or stay sober a lot less often :-)

A good Friday night...my husband bbqs steaks on the grill, we have the latest movie on DVD from Blockbuster, and some popcorn and we go upstairs and watch a movie. We dont have to spend alot of money going out to have fun together.

Ahhhhhhhh Friday.............well its the nighte before saturday and I get to out again to search for land and a new home..wooooooohooooooo....I am soooooo ready for peace and quiet someday sooon. to have my peppermint schnapps on some wonderfufl new deck with nothing but trees and flowers instead of the good ol' California peoples mansions lurking around my every move................maybe I'll go to the beach instead

OK Phil, here's my Friday night rant;

The big Friday night starts with a lousy Friday at work. Why do they always save the absolute CRAP to dump at your work station for friday afternoon? It could be saved for Monday, Mondays are supposed to suck, isn't that what all the songs and sayings are about? But no they drop off a load of problems on Friday at two o'clock followed by "Have a good weekend" suddenly it looks like a couple hours overtime and dropping the big dinner and pink cadillac martinis followed by shooting pool, and instead you end up getting soggy drive through tacos and that half bottle of wine (it's still good isn't it?) But at least Monday looks like smooth sailing!

Hope some of you got to get out for a while..........
