Where's the c-index gone?

I don't know if it's just me but out of all the images I looked at today none of them had a c-index I even looked at ones that I knew had a c-index and theirs are gone too can someone tell me why or it it's just me

It told me that is was going into hiding. Apparently too many people were abusing it and complaining about it.

oh I see is it coming back it's just I have all my galleries in order of c-index so I can find images easier by the way I am honoured to finally have caedes post on my thread or talk to me this site is great well done for inventing it

I don't mind not seeing the c-index of other images, but would like to still be able to see the ratings I've received. Otherwise, what is the point of leaving that part up? I could live with just comments, but if there are ratings I'd like to see them for my own images. Otherwise the feedback for a large part goes simply down the drain IMHO.

Thanks Caedes for removing the c-index... good move... unfortunately it probably wont stop the low voters or the complaining.... thats life... its going to be interesting to see how certain ones are going to cope without the c-index... they are going to have withdrawal symptoms... maybe you need to set up a counselling section for the ones who are dependant on it... lol (sorry)
