I had a ton of accumulated PMs and I was trying to get rid of them, I check off 30 of them..and then clicked to get rid of them and they are still there..unless maybe the number it gives of our PMs is all the PMs we ever received? I dont know, I just cant see having that huge long list of them..so how DO I get rid of them? I'm asking so many questions, you'd think I know nuthin' LOL...uhmmmmm

Next to each PM there should be a circular space on the left, click on it and it'll turn green, then scroll down and click on Process Checked Items and they're gone!

Ok I did exactly that..and it showed one or however many gone..but at the top of that page it gives the SAME number of items...what is that number then?

You probably have over the limit that it shows like for example if the PMs hold 30 messages and you 200, take 30 off each time and you will slowly end up deleting them, if not, ask Caedes...
