I sometimes get into a 'How can I waste some of my precious time on the internet' moods, instead of doing REAL work...anyhoo...so list away...weird little corners of the net.
Where you can turn on lights and turn them off! All from the comfort and safety of your own home! Wonders never cease.... ;¬D So, please list just the GOOD ones!
I like the idea of clicking on a link for your home to activate say a kettle so when you get in you can get a nice cup of tea. It is pretty bizarre though I must say.
"Miracles occur, If you care to call those spasmodic tricks of radience miracles. The waits begun again. The long wait for the angel, for that rare random descent" Sylvia Plath.
A good way to prevent abuse of prisoners by the gaurds! Unfortunately it didn't work for me though.
Actually this might be a good way to prevent break ins to your store or business too, by having a live webcam. Chances are that someone somewhere will always be watching, and if you advertise the fact...
Sam, is that the webcam that didn't work for you, or the principle of the thing, meaning you got abused by prison guards and the whole thing was broadcast live all over the world?
Ok this is not too weird in itself, but the quality of the site design(excellent) in relation to the importance of the topic is quite astounding!

Never give up. Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it. ~~ Michael Jordan
block of wood, red bull, empty box, coke can, coke bottle, satellite dish. I liked the one is the canal. and its great how he has the exact model nuber for every single one.
Can't say this is a weird corner, but I can call it a weird bridge. This is what we call the Blue Bridge between Kennewick & Pasco, Washington. We are always having a fender bender on this bridge, usually between the Pasco to Kennewick side. I travel this bridge at least 4 times a day, to work, home for lunch, back to work, and home at the end of the day. Sometimes more. The view is on the Pasco side, and traffic can be bumper to bumper 2 or 3 times a day. The cam was set up for aggresive drivers, which by the way, I'm not. Check it out, you just might be able to see a wreck in progress. If not, I'm sure you will be able to see the back to back traffic around 3:30 - 5:30 PDT...........
And I have to say, I loved the trolley spotting site! Wouldn't you know, I cross this bridge 4 times a day to go to work at none other than a Supermarket. LOL
I don't know, I accidentally stumbled across this site a while back. It's pretty weird, but kind of fascinating to me anyway. Check out the gallery and various links.

Not necessarily weird ... however, if you want to spend some time laughing, explore and I recommend the section, 'Things that my girlfriend and I have argued about' ... the forerunner to this site.

On the more caustic side, there's this site: http://maddox.xmission.com/
This guy is merciless, when it comes to 'fan' mail.

I am undecided as to how 'touched,' Mr Frank is, you tell me ... enjoy.
I am prepared to meet my Maker. Whether my Maker is prepared for the great ordeal of meeting me is another matter.

That was fun! And to think I get yelled at at work for doing that, stupid shipping department! I believe Jeff Foxworthy had a line about bubble wrap. He said it was the redneck version of the Rubik's Cube. "Come on honey, you're gonna be late for work, let the kids have some!" =]
purmagic - I have only just stopped crying (with laughter) over your first link - I have saved it to favs. I really needed a good laugh. Thankyou!

"A piece of toast with butter always lands butter side down, and a cat always lands on its feet. What happens if a piece of toast is tied butter side down to the back of falling cat? Does it hover above the ground in perpetual indecision?"

just that the unatainable is attainiable at zombo.com.
No i think its just funny that there is a site that is completly useless other then to watch a cheap animation and listen to a guy talk about doing everything when in reality you can't do anything.

Normally I think fashion is pretty much a waste of time, but that site is priceless. Oh how I laughed!! Here are some of my personal favourites: Teal poofy arms; Fuscia front and back (for the commentary).
I love to go to 'Earthcam" and view the Times Square shots. They have one cam located in front of a business that updates every 2-3 seconds. I watch to see if I can catch someone with sticky fingers. I've seen some weird stuff on this site.. CIO :)
Love the new icon, you gotta squeeze a hatchet in there somewhere. I really wish I could read the directions, I'm finding things like the Aerial Crash just by clicking around
How did you do it??? I keep hitting a girl - then it goes ***STOP*** game over....Think I'll go back to the sand game -(see above) Slug Slayer is my fav.... :¬]
