a turkey salad. Not too exciting but low calories. Chocolate dipped strawberies sound yummy though or Mango sorbet with Mango rum in it and fresh mangos.
I saw a peanut stand, heard a rubber band,
I saw a needle that winked its eye.
But I think I will have seen everything
When I see an elephant fly.

LORDY YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To me....
I have some weird coffee aversion....can drink it sometimes....but then after 2-3 sips it just gags me...{ ever since having my little girl---it seemed to be a pregnancy related aversion}.
The coke & coffee combo....it maybe sounds icky to some...but it is a taste unlike anything I have ever tried...and addicting { to me}. It's expensive...but worth it. AND...it is a great diet incentive...as it totally works in lieu of a snack or even a meal...and you don't even want anything for hours after drinking one. { I am sounding like a coke/paid employee..hehehe}
YES...TRY them! :)
back ontopic/ another coke blak....:)
PS: IMPORTANT / COKE BLAK --drink them COLD....NO ICE! Yucky if dilluted...
A banana ... one of the healthiest foods out there. I will continue to eat a bunch of banana's a day ... it's if & when I start to swing from trees branches I will probably cut back.
I may just have to give Terri's COKE BLAK a try also ... should go well with banana's.

Right now I'm entertaining 15 construction worker's. Freshly ground Columbian coffee seems to be a hot item today. Fill those thermos' up guys ... I got more of it to go.
Oops .... chocolate frosted donut's are a close second.

I only can speak normal englisch and not canadian englisch..and for the record we don't eat udderbrood or uierbrood....but you can try uienbrood>>>>onionbread:))
Well ... then I think someone should have a talk with Wikipedia.
That's where I got the uierbrood stuff from (found on the page under the sub-heading 'Bread and cheese' ... last line or so).
Me? ... don't look/read Twinkel ... think a meatball sub with extra cheese is in order. Or two. Good homemade stuff from a local place, not one of those ... *shudders* ... pre-packaged meatball subs .

Vanilla and coffee ice cream, maple syrup, peanut butter, freshly ground cinnamon, milk, hot cocoa mix, and sprinkles fresh out of the blender. And it's pretty good, if I do say so myself.
"Toast! Get yer fresh and hot toast, right heah! Toast for trade ... ..."
Ehh, forget it.
No one with stuff like in the above posts would want my absolutely delicious, perfectly and lightly golden-browned ... chock full of vitamins and minerals ... slathered with hydrogenated corn oil, and topped with .. hmmmm, mmmm mmmm good reconstituted raspberry spread ... now would they?
Didn't think so. :o\
*munches on his toast ... which then somehow slips his from fingers ... landing 'spread' down on rug ...*
hmmm. hydrogenated.. means processed with hydrogen, a gas, element, etc that your body wasn't designed to digest or process. the end result being that foods that are "hydrogenated" could, in part, still be lingering around inside you, never to depart.
if that ain't appetizing, I don't know what is... :o|
Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
Naw, Rob has it right. The only impetus for hydrogenation is drastically increased shelf life. 'Stuff's barely digestible -- including margarine. I've read that the molecules resemble those of certain plastics... Yummy!
Just finished some lemon-pepper chicken. Ready for some Postum and a coupla' mocha black walnut cookies.
Well, I had a small taste, but not til tomorrow will I devour the wonderful Dungeness Crab, fresh caught at the Ocean !!! It's all cleaned and cooked. Now it's just a matter of fixing up a bit of garlic butter to dip those morsels of crab into. Hope I can sleep...and dream of that meal to come..Yummmm. V
