Now that most of the bugs and problems with the new voting system have been resolved and the unofficial t-shirt contest has ended with a winner, when are we going to have another contest? Don't you think it would be a good time and would cheer everyone up after all the grumbling etc. over the new changes?

We are still updating the site from the recent out-of-the-blue "leadership restructuring", so now some new things need to be written, some older things need to be rewritten, and a bunch of discussions in the Senate are going on about it all. But we haven't forgotten about the contests... In fact, I believe we had stated in the last contest announcement that the upcoming contest would be solely photography... We even have the theme of the contest picked out... We just have a rule or two left to iron out. So it shouldn't be too long from now.

Contests take a lot of organisation and hard work. Don't be too impatient, there will be another contest, but at least one of the mods needs to find the time (and motivation) to do it properly...
