Repositioning of "Jobs" - PMs and Subscription alerts

I am no webmaster, never studied markup languages.... But I was thinking that it would be more convenient if the "Jobs" would appear between the "navigation" and the "Users Online" list....so we don't have to scroll down everytime to check it. Maybe even have the font for it a different color, so it will catch our attention easily.
I am sure most of the regular contributors will agree. :c)

The work of art may have a moral effect, but to demand moral purpose from an artist is to make him ruin his work. (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe - 1832)

Mmmh... yes, why not. But we shouldn't develop an 'appartheid' between the Caedes Cadre members and the others. But your proposal seems reasonable.

In this connection, I thought that the sum available was going to decrease each month according to operating expenses of the site. That would push the members (of which me) to renew their gifts...

I don't see where this is alienating anyone, even regular members get the "Caedes Cadre Jobs", right?. It should universally be repostioned for everyone.

Yeah, I've never understood why it says 'Caedes Cadre Jobs' anyway, as it is available to anyone, isn't it?

Would like to see it higher up though - I often don't notice it. Like Piner says, just above 'users online' would be good.

Good idea, I agree too. Also it doesn't need to have a different color, but if some people would like it like that I don't have a problem with that.

Easy fix if you don't want it to stand out....You can choose the color of the fonts displayed on your browser to override the ones the web pages are originally meant to display if you want everything uniform. :c)

I haven't had to scroll down to see it but I do see your point-- so yeah, it would be cool for it to be higher up. Maybe some way of making it more obvious would work too-- generally I check the site twice a day specifically for messages, so I don't think I ever overlook it, but it couldn't hurt!

Some people want it all, but I don't want nothing at all If it ain't you baby, if I ain't got you baby Some people just want everything, but everything is nothing Without you, baby If I ain't got you, baby

Piner, Pierre & Matthew: It says "Member Jobs", "Caedes Cadre Jobs" or "Imagemod Jobs" accordingly, but only the title changes, the "jobs" stay the same. I imagine on caedes monitor it would appear as "Grand High Master of all Things Jobs", or something like that...

Oh, and yes, I like the idea too...

Ok... I don't remember seeing anything but the "Cadre" Jobs, I wasn't a regular member for very long before joining the Cadre. Thanks for clearifying it for me and the others. :c)
I will rename this thread accordingly.

I figured I would get a better response here on the main site to see what the others thought.
