I know this site needs ads to help run the site, but do they have to be placed on the page with an image? There are empty spaces on the side (on the grey) where the ads can be placed, there is already enough on the page, why not just place them on the sides.

They'll take up too much space, I have adds on the side, they are sooooooooooooo annoying, and they are bigger than the ads at the top..

Ok, never mind, I like the new placing much better.

I'd guess caedes is currently experimenting to figure out where they look best.

yea, i just noticed. possible the grey area, visitors don't have to scroll to view them and they stand out better on the grey instead of the white.

I test different placement occasionally to see if there would be a better place to put the google ads.

Really? I've never heard of the "::", but really, I've been thinking about joining, the ads don't bother me, just the placing I thought should be put somewhere else.

Well, if you put the ads on the sides, then peope with lower resolutions will have to scroll around horizontallly... a big no-no for websites.

I don't care about ads being there, but do they have to be for "Adult Screensavers and Wallpaper"...? Is there any control over that or should I start talking to the last person on my computer about what he was looking at?

That's odd. Google is usually very picky about the ads that they allow.

I haven't come across an adult wallpaper link from AdSense to date. Strange indeed.

I've complained about the ad to them and added it to the block list, so it should be gone in a few hours.
