What does 100 C Index meaN?

I mean, I know its a ridiculous question to ask..but what does it mean? I assume its good? But how is it possible I got a 100 C index? I am not questioning it really, but I am thinking I need to know what it means anyway..hopefully its all good? lol

Of course it's good, I've only seen like two 100:100 c-indexes so I'd say that it is really good and you should be very happy :)

I think with the new voting system, it will take a while for things to settle down. I suppose the fact that the voting booth forces people to view full-screen will influence things in the short term. There are other factors too which mean that a 100 score will drop.

Well, no sooner was it there and it suddenly poofed..haha...well it went down 4 points..but thats ok, im not about to complain...im happy I could do something worthwhile...it made my day though...and thanx both of ya for explaining....V
