I have had a couple images up for a little bit here, Flow and Liquid Autumn. The have certain similarities in color, subject, etc, but have pretty different c-index values. Not that I really trust that number at all yet- 10 votes is not enough to average out outlying values- I was just interested in what people thought as compared to this distribution- if I made mistakes that I'm not seeing or what. I'd appreciate if you would take the time and evaluate them. :)

Thank you very much for your comments! I was more looking for what made one better than the other- but thanks you so much for providing feedback. :) I'll check out the black and white thing- but I think it would wreck the peaceful feeling these photo's give me.

My main objection to Liquid Autumn is the color of the water. It doesn't exactly remind me of a crisp, clear mountain stream (if you know what I mean). Flow also have a much more simplified scene which is often more popular for desktop use. The other has some background details that kind of detract from the main subject.

I now have a rework of Flow up- if anyone still wants to provide me with some feedback for this. :) It can be found here.

I like your re work, nice emphasis on the leaves. Tho' as I told you on your images, I really liked "Flow " better than "Liquid Autumn ". LA has a coldness that I find unappealing, & I prefer the simplicity & almost Zen feel of Flow. But that's just one person's opinion....for what it's worth...
