I've searched around and have been unable to find the answer on my own, so I'll ask the Discussion Board. Is there a way to tell what people are rating your uploads at? Say I had an image and 5 people voted on it; 5,5,6,8,4 that would average 5.6 right? Maybe it has to do with the C-Index but after reading about it I still don't understand it. Sorry for being dumb :(
Also, I think it would be good to put the "Upload Date" on an image. Just for reference as to when it was uploaded to the site.
As I understand it, only the voting booth votes count. Though the votes on your picture site itself are tabulated & kept score, somewhere on the database, they no longer factor into your c-index. If you're wanting to find out who rated what score on any given image, I'd get real upset at having my anonymity revealed. If I want to tell someone I voted a 10, or an 8, or whatever, I will, but otherwise my votes are no one's business.
As for the upload dates, well that might be nice, but I usually figure I uploaded an image either the day of the first comment or the day before.
If I misunderstood what you were referring to, then I apologize, didn't mean to come off all huffy sounding......
For a short time there was a "distribution" graph .. where you could see a spread of votes .. but people became hostile at seeing that folks were voting ZERO on an image that clearly didn't deserve a zero ... so the graph was removed .. the zero voters happily sprinkle the zeros around unabated (freedom of opinion, I'm told) ..
And they probably have the nerve to come over and drink your diet pepsi while chatting up your sister

Thanks
