This seems like a fascinating contest fusing art & science and is open to a variety of media, I’m guessing fractal art would fit nicely into this area as well as regular colour work in design. Although a cosmetics company seams an unlikely sponsor for such an event they present a well laid out website and rationale for the contest. Normal tight deadlines, entry babble applies as per usual.
