I got bored today so I decided to create a new section for my websites for something I think most of you will find that you are addicted to (aside Caedes.net of course) - photography. I've long debated on creating a site about digital photography, just for the fun of it. This is what I came up with:

"Why should you change from film photography to digtal photograpy?" - Some typos here, should be "digital photography". Looks nice so far, good ideas.

I think your on the right track. It seem to be a good concept site and with a good amont of work it will be rather nice.

Good looking. I will be watching for the tips and tutorials to begin filling. That's what most people will google for and how the masses will find it.

That's also the most difficult part to create. If anyone wants to contribute some they are more than welcome to contact me and we can work something out.

That's only the first part of the tutorial. I'm working on the rest, but I would love to hear what you guys think so far.

I like it, I learned that rule of thirds thing...I never heard of it until now :D

I'm busy completing the composition tutorial. It's just so huge in scope. Hopefully the full version will be up and running by Monday. I'm learning some new stuff while doing research as well, so this was actually a very good idea for me too ;)

Tutorial: Selective desaturation

Uh ... noob here, just took another look at your site.

Very professional and quite informative. With regards to 'File Formats' ... I have read on the discussion boards here ... mention of the 'RAW' format. Something that has been noted to give the artist more control over a digital camera's presets.

Is this not another format that might fit in with that category? I could be mistaken (remember, noob here) and perhaps it is just a setting on cameras.

Just had the thought.

Actually that is a good idea. I've been contemplating whether to include it or not. Guess I will!
