Please help.....I seem to have installed desktop wallpaper over the top of my original. I can slide it to the side and see my original but not eliminate it entirely from the right side. Can still change the original wallpaper and the new one is listed as an option. The original displayes on startup but eventualy the new one covers it up. How do I uninstall this second layer of wallpaper. Thanks so much Bronson

You know that happened to me once, and it really annoyed me for the longest time. I think it went away when I deleted the old username, and re-created it.

Could it have something to do with active desktop? Try turning it off.

active desktop sounds familiar although I can not find it anywhere in the control panel area. I am not sure exactly what username I might change or how, it is annoying. thanks for the advice....I will keep trying.
