I'm new to this but when I attempt to upload using Picasa with jpg's it tells me this is not an image file ....do I have to convert these files?

are you saying you are trying to upload an image to this site using picasa? I don't believe that is possible.

And on a side note this is a place to request comments on things you have uploaded. This would get more attention in the non art website related fourm.
