and your just usimg the standard upload link here on the site over there on the left? make sure your image is at least one of the standard sizes accepted here too - 800x600, 1024x768, 1152x864, 1280x1024 or 1600x1200. if your still having problems as a last resort you could use a save for web option if your program supports that which usually irons out any glitches. sorry if im repeating what someone has already told you....
It sounds like you are trying to upload the image from a program on your comptuer (infranview maybe?). There is no way that's going to work. You have to use the upload page on this site.
PS: When you ask for help you need to include at least a little bit of relevant information about the situation and try to form complete sentences. Both make it much more likely that your question will be answered correctly.
It sounds as though you are trying to use the image viewer irfanview as an interface to upload an image to Caedes .. ??? .. possibly via the "Send by email" function .. ??
do I understand you correctly? .. or .. do you mean you can not upload an image that has been saved via irfanview
try this ..
1) .. click on the upload images on the left column .. in the top box of the resulting screen tell it where to find the image you wish to upload .. (*c:\my docs\my pictures\ .. blah blah blah*)
2) .. then select an appropriate gallery .. (ie .. "really cool pics with toads")
3) .. give us the name .. (* ie .. "TOAD UPLOAD")
4) .. tell us where you found the toad .. did you stub your toe on the toad .. etc
5) .. check the box that says the image complies with the code of conduct .. (ie .. the toad isn't being a "BAD TOAD" .. the frog is wearing his togs
6) .. click upload
7) .. sit back and read all the comments about how TOADS scare people
and ...
8) .. do it again tomorrow ..
edit .. looks like you got a C-Note from *caedes .. yeah, I get those too

I helped him through pm's and he was able to get something to post. He had resizing issues, but if anybody could suggest a cheap/free program for him to resize his images with, that would be great. I don't think the tools that he used (some part of the Windows package) are that good/flexible.
