I get this error message saying I have not voted, but I have voted more than what it suggests I should, yet it says I have not. Have I voted in vain? Is there any way I can see how many times I have voted (I didn't know a tally sheet was needed)? I'm relatively new here, so maybe I'm missing something, but using Caedes Control only gives a report on views of my postings, no other user data. Appreciate any help or suggestions, thanks!

the voting requirement refers to the Voting Booth (see link over there on the left) not on the vote tab on individual images - hope this helps.

When uploading, the status bar indicates "Waiting for Reply from Site" and then a full page saying something to the effect that the page is unavailable or not found.
When I do manage to get an upload completed, I only find out, the next time I log on, as there is no "UPLOAD SUCCESSFUL" notification.
Are uploads logged from the initial UPLOAD click, or when the Upload is actually successful?
Most frustrating. Am I doing something wrong?
I have been voting for more than the requirements, to make an upload, but do not always upload immediately. Is the voting count
accumulative, or erased at log-off?

The voting is not accumulative, you have to vote in the voting booth prior to uploading an image, unless your a member of the Caedes Cadre, & you can find info on that on the left, under Navigation. A good idea is to just get used to voting in the booth every day.
