Hope this question's not a re-post, I looked through the 8 pages here and couldn't find my answer...

I'm a member of Caedes and I think my subscription is about up. Will I receive a notification, message or e-mail advising me and asking if I'd like to donate again? Because I DO want to!!

as far as I know you don't get any notification - you just get a sudden and unexpected double colon bypass - people usually become aware of this hellish situation when they discover they can't upload two images at a time anymore :-)

Maybe they do NOW, but when my subscription was up in January my notice was no uploading of 2 pics, no double colon, & suddenly....WHAM !! Commercials. So no,... no notification was sent to me .....So this time, I let the Donations notification stay up under Jobs, when it disappears it's time to pay up...

I think I did the $ 9.00 for 3 months thing. I wonder if you can pay more for more time. Like if I paid $ 30.00 that'd get me through the end of this year. Or, I could pay $ 282.00 that would take me through to 2013. Hmmm, ~checking wallet~, ahh, just as I thought...broke again :(

I noticed below my icon that Caedes Cadre was replaced with Artist.Then after a donation it reverted back to Caedes Cadre,I've used this as my guide as to when I'm not up to snuff.Maybe it means nothing?????? Jim

"Artist" just means a non-cadre member who has images on the site (as opposed to a non-cadre member who currently has nothing uploaded).

I sent a donation on 3/22/06 (yesterday), and have not been upgraded to Cadre yet. Does it take a few days or should it be immediate?

it should happen pretty much straight away - try sending a PM to the boss if your still having problems.

It only happens right away if you use an instant payment method through PayPal. if you use something that takes time to clear (like and e-check) then it will... take time to clear. Usually 5-7 days.
