so, this is really off topic.
i'm playing IM volleyball at my school and i just wanted everyone to know that we won our first game 30-21! we rocked. oh. and our team name is angie's subs (if you were wondering), named after the sub shop across the street. we support it because a subway just moved in down the street and we want to support our local businesses. thats about it. i'll keep you updated on our progress as we sweep the league.

Way to go!!! (Jumping up and down, waving pom-poms, and trying desperately to keep my balance...hehehe)

what is IM volleyball?

Probably intramural, since it sounded to me like they were playing a team from a different school. Of course it could be intermural instead if they were playing a team within their own school. At least that's what they used to mean by "IM" at UT as best as I can remember. (It's been a loooooong time since I was in school. :D)

Why not post some pix of Angie's Subs? You know, the front and back doors, the menu (hand printed on a blackboard?), the prep cooks, customers along the counter, lady at the register, various sub sandwiches (yum), etc. Could be a fun series!

yeah. im means intermural or 'within the walls' or basically we play other students who just want to play for fun. its a good time and only costs 10 bucks for the t-shirt. good times.
oh and we won our second game the other night. great fun. this sunday is our next game, but i'm not going to be there. stink. :( we're still unbeatable though. we're going all the way.
camerahound, thats not a bad idea. it would be tough to make angie's photogenic, but it might could be done, i think. i'll have to saunter on by sometime and check out the potential. otherwise i'm gonna try and stick with good ole' nature shots. :)
