Hi Karen, you have to go to the voting booth (which can be found under Navigation). Those are the votes that count towards your total. 8•)

Your first two images are "free" of the voting requirement and then you need to visit the voting booth and vote on a minimum of 10 images and these 'vote credits' expire after, maybe, 24 hours
so, let's say, you vote regularly on many times that requirement .. and then wait a day, without voting, because you were away .. then try to upload .. you will get the message informing you of the requirement

*sigh.. come on now.. we all know that im the CEO of the Save The Mods Fund and little mushy boy here.. so all monies are to go through me first.. which must have certain fees taken out first, which i will then distribute remainder of payment to all relevant parties.. which will be a total of $1.90 each.. =)

I have tried to upload a photo for days now and it says that in the last 20 hours I have uploaded and need to vote. I haven't uploaded for weeks and I vote all the time.
Any suggestions?
