I've been using Fred Miranda's DRI action for awhile now. I love it!!!! I can even take action photos shot in raw, process one under exposed and one over exposed, run the DRI action and increase the dynamic range. For difficult shots with high contrast I'll bracket the exposure and do the traditional blending. Just make sure the camera doesn't move between exposures. Here's a link to Fred's software page. Here's some software for remote capture so that you don't have to touch the camera to change settings. Breeze
