If you could only photograph one thing what would it be?

Rivers, mountains, lakes, and landscapes in general. I want to do nudes but I can't find anyone who can stomach taking pictures of me naked. Kidding of course on the nudes. I do like nude landscapes though...sans people etc.

My kids will always be my favorite subject. I know that seems to be such a boring and common mom answer, but I really don't think their is anything more beautiful for me to photograph. A gorgeous sunset means nothing to me when I can see my kids laughing.

Jen, what a better way to keep track of their growth. Nudes? It seems that women are very willing to pose nude for men and get porn sites and feel that they could be potential starlets but there arent an equal number of men that would be willing to pose nude.

My main passion in photography are those sweet little fungi. I'm not sure where the draw to them comes from...it is a mystery to me, but I would travel (funds and time permitted) to photograph them.

I like to photograph things that don't move. I am extremely cruel to my subject, no matter what it is, so I prefer that it not be a person (good way to lose friends). :-D I like to walk around with a macro lens, so whether I want to take a picture of fence-posts flowing into the backdrop, flowers thrown forward by the wonders of a fast lens, skyscrapers garbed in glass, or whatever current experiments I feel crazy enough to dabble in (streets at night without a tripod, moving fan photography, ect.).

Darryl, if you let me know where some good fungi is, I will see what I can do. Actually, if I start raising some fungi for you, will you visit me and teach me all your tricks? :-)

There is good fungi everywhere there is some moisture. If you have troubles, some nice fresh field mushrooms from the grocer propped up would be ultimate. Carry a ground sheet as you will be wriggling on the ground trying to get that camera low and mushroom high. If you get lucky they will grow on a platform. Hey, sure I will visit...can you get me a deal on a 5D?

I love photographing still-life stuff.. and when I go on scooter rides, sunsets and roads.. I sometimes spend two hours chasing fireflies and bugs, then when the pic turns out blurry I stomp on the insects for giving me so much trouble .. kidding about the stomping

I also take pics of disgusting fungi and send them out to people :)

And, Jerry's nudes???
