If I’m right you can only upload two images a day. My question is that when you want to remove an image to edit it. The system reads it as an upload not a down load or a removal or edit.when you return It notifies to you that you have exceeded you upload limit., Just curious.

Could you phrase your question in the form of a question maybe? I don't really understand what you're asking.

Why does the system register a removal or edit as an upload? Isn’t that a down load?

It doesn't register a removal or edit as an upload. When it counts the number of images you've uploaded in the last 24 hours (to see if you're at the limit) it just asks how many images you have with an upload time within 24 hours of now. Editing or removing an image doesn't change the timestamp or create a new image. You must be doing something else.

I've had a related experience in the form of uploading 3 images, clearly 24hrs after my last, & then on the 4th image it would say that i have exceede my limit 4 the day(no puns intended : ) ) & it would correct this mistake about 7hrs later(after i wake up i try again then it goes thru) & clearly within the same 24hrs.but i have controlled my addiction(kinda :p) to caedes.net & i havent been as productive as of late so that problem kinda solved itself but i thought i'd say something about it anyways.

The system say's there is a two-upload limit. But the problem again is when I down load in order to edit or to remove a image, is that the system tells me that I’ve uploaded my quota when I’ve actually down loaded. I’ve been told I’m doing something wrong so I’ll watch the clock and see how I do next time.

I think that you're using a different definition of "download" than I am. Please explain exactly what you do in order to reproduce the problem.

I want you to know I understand what you’re saying on how your system works. What I’m running into is that when I remove an image to edit, lets say to improve it or change it. And I’ve already uploaded one image that day. Then I try re upload the image I changed, the system relays an error message that I’ve already uploaded two images for that day. When in actuality I’ve only uploaded one. And removed an image for edit or changes. (that’s what I consider down loading) I could be wrong in the terminology. So I guess the question is does system it acknowledge a removal or edit as an upload? Understand I not complaining, I was curios. Hell I think you have great sight here, and I’m amazed that you can do what you do as a carrier and still run this sight. I also would like to know if there is a way to replace the image in edits with out removing the whole item along with text. If so I guess I just haven’t figured it out yet.

I'm going to test it now.

I think the problem was that you had deleted one of the two images you had uploaded. The image had yet to be removed from the database, and consequently the upload script still counted that image in your total of two images. I've changed it so that deleted image no longer count in the total.
