Probably, but I use it as an independent program. Sure, it is only the sample version, but I only save as a jpeg anyways. Gotta love being cheap. :-D

Rawshooter to Photoshop sums up my workflow, with an odd bit of Noise Ninja and the occasional free plugin I come across.
For anyone who's interested Adobe are currently developing a new Raw workflow thingy, called Lightroom. If you fancy being a guinea pig then you can download it from Here. It's only available for MAC at the moment so I haven't had chance to give it go.
