I use a local rental company for camera bodies and lenses for the odd job and never had a problem with any gear I've had from them - a good idea too if your planning on splashing out some cash on new kit to try before you buy.
I have aVivitar 5385, 5.0 pixels, 3.0 optical zoom, 4.0 digital zoom(which I rarely use)..any recommendtions for attachments of lenses?? I am ASSUMING I can get attachments//merci.....looking for zoom 70-100mm/also what aboiut filters?? can attach to lenses rented/bought??? Not sure what one can do with digital cameras( re: lenses/filters. that is lol) and wonder if old technology is compatible with new
No Philippe - the Vivitar is a compact with built in lens - not interchangeable lenses - although some compact cameras such as Fuji, Nikon & Olympus etc do have lens extenders and adapters, this doesnt appear to be the case with this model after looking over the Vivitar website.

As of right now, they only have Canon lenses, but Nikon is on the way.
Would this be of use to anyone?
